1. Acceptance of Terms
By applying to and participating in the Coast Peptides Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Coast Peptides reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility
Affiliates must be at least 21 years old and have a valid website, social media presence, or other digital platform. Coast Peptides reserves the right to reject any application at its sole discretion.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates agree to:
- Promote Coast Peptides products in a truthful and ethical manner.
- Avoid any misleading claims or unauthorized use of Coast Peptides branding.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including FTC guidelines for affiliate marketing.
- Comply with all applicable FDA Laws and regulations.
4. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a commission of 20% on qualifying purchases made through their unique referral link. Commissions are paid Monthly via Bank Transfer, subject to a minimum payout threshold of $25.
5. Tracking and Attribution
Sales are tracked via cookies placed when a user clicks on an affiliate link. Cookies are valid for 7 days. Coast Peptides is not responsible for tracking failures due to user settings or technical issues.
6. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:
- Use paid advertising that includes Coast Peptides branded terms.
- Engage in spam, misleading redirects, or cookie stuffing.
- Promote on adult, violent, or illegal content platforms.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.
7. Intellectual Property
Affiliates may use approved Coast Peptides logos, banners, and product images. All intellectual property remains the sole property of Coast Peptides.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time. Upon termination, the affiliate must remove all Coast Peptides promotional materials and links.
9. Limitation of Liability
Coast Peptides is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
