Peptide Products
Due to the sensitive nature of our peptide products and the risk of degradation, we do not accept returns once a product has been shipped. This policy ensures the integrity and safety of all research materials.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, we may accept a limited return or replacement. Please contact our customer service team at cs@coastpeptides.com for instructions. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
Lost Shipments
If a shipment is lost in transit and the carrier’s tracking information confirms non-delivery, we will reship your order at no additional cost, must be a minimum of 5 business days past estimated delivery date by courier.
However, if the tracking status shows “Delivered” and the package is claimed as lost, our delivery obligation is considered fulfilled, and we will not reship the order free of charge.
Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, please contact us promptly. Once we verify the claim, we will ship the missing item at no cost.
To prevent fraudulent claims, all orders are documented and photographed prior to shipment.
